You just need to look at what value you get from it and if that justifies the price tag for you. If you like this feature Whoop is far ahead of Athlytic it’s not even close. Limited categories no real insightful reports. I feel like Athlytic is always less then whoop.Ĥ The tagging (journal) in Athlytic is terrible compared to Whoop. I would of assumed both would be 50% of possible strain. A workout of 10.5 in Whoop might be a 3 in Athlytic. The days I don’t work out I still have an 8-11 strain in Whoop with a 0 in Athlytic.ģ Whoop’s strains tend be a higher percentage of total possible strain compared to Athlytic. I even tried doing the mindful minute when I first woke up to set recovery but it still changes.Ģ Whoop captures strain from everyday activities such as work or stress where as Athlytic does not. The biggest differences I have noticed areġ Whoop doesn’t update recovery during the day but Athlytic will change your recovery through out the day. Figured if they were close I would just go with Athlytic. I was curious on comparing the two for when my Whoop was due to renew. I have had a sub to Athlytic for as long as I have had my Whoop. I also cannot stand wearing my watch to bed it drives me nuts while the Whoop I don’t even notice. I love my Apple Watch and it makes a great workout tracker but Whoop gathers more data throughout the day as Apple Watch only pulls data in every so often. I like the data of the Whoop and the 24/7 wearability. My sub is coming due and I will probably renew as of now.
